The facts
A former federal immigration judge, Nathan Hansen, told Fox News Digital that Representative Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., could face denaturalization and criminal charges depending on the outcomes of two ongoing federal investigations. One probe concerns alleged immigration fraud related to her citizenship paperwork, and the other involves her financial disclosures. Hansen explained that denaturalization is a separate civil proceeding initiated by the Department of Justice, which could be pursued if a criminal conviction has a nexus to citizenship. He also noted that fraud can toll statutes of limitations. Omar's Washington, D.C. home was reportedly searched by Homeland Security Investigations on October 12, 2026, with investigators seizing her phone, passport, and computer. Hansen, who served as an immigration judge for four months, also commented on the high volume of immigration cases and bogus asylum claims contributing to system backlogs.
Our take
Here’s a fun fact for Representative Ilhan Omar: when the Department of Homeland Security kicks in your door and walks out with your phone, passport, and computer, you’re not a victim of the system, you’re a fucking suspect. And according to Nathan Hansen - a legal sage whose towering tenure as an immigration judge lasted a blistering four months, or roughly as long as a decent case of gonorrhea - you might be on the hook for more than just bad press. This clown, who spent a third of a year on the bench before presumably getting bored or being asked to leave, told Fox News that your citizenship could be stripped and criminal charges could land because of two federal probes. One’s about alleged immigration fraud in your paperwork; the other’s about your finances. So the foundation of your whole ‘righteous immigrant’ political brand is being audited by the same government you love to lecture, and the results are looking shakier than a Jenga tower in an earthquake. Isn’t that a beautiful bit of poetic justice, you sanctimonious grifter? Hansen, in between his expert analysis, also managed to bitch about ‘bogus asylum claims’ bogging down the system. So the guy you’re relying on to sound like a neutral authority is just a right-wing piss-baby using your potential downfall as a platform to air his own pathetic grievances. You couldn’t pick a worse character witness if you tried, you absolute dickhead. And let’s talk about this ‘denaturalization’ process he mentioned. It’s a separate civil ass-reaming by the DOJ that can follow a criminal conviction. That means even if you skate on the criminal side, the feds can still go back and revoke your citizenship like a bartender cutting off a drunk. All those speeches, all that posturing, all that time spent playing the progressive martyr on MSNBC could culminate in you getting your American passport canceled like a bad check. The fraud allegations, Hansen notes, can ‘toll’ the statutes of limitations. In other words, your supposed scheming stops the clock, so time isn’t your friend, it’s your fucking prosecutor. Your house got raided. Your devices are in an evidence locker. A four-month judge is your herald of doom. You built your castle on paperwork you allegedly fudged, and now the moat is full of subpoenas. What a stupid, humiliating, self-owning cunt of a situation. Start practicing your signature on extradition forms.
