Scotland Yard's Royal Fuck-Up Desk Opens 'Very Early' File on Prince Andrew's Ghoulish Sleepover

Police Scotland, in a move of breathtaking bureaucratic courage, have 'received information' that a pair of notorious sex criminals might have been hanging around a castle once, maybe, and are now 'inquiring' about it.

The facts

Police Scotland has received information and opened active inquiries into the 1999 visit of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to Balmoral, where they were reportedly guests of Prince Andrew. Police Scotland stated the inquiries are in their very early stages and declined to confirm specific details, but noted that all inquiries are evidence-led and prioritize victim survivors. The Daily Express reported that the inquiry concerns allegations of women being trafficked to the estate, though these remain allegations. Photographs released by the US Justice Department appear to show Andrew and Epstein shooting on the estate. The National Police Chiefs’ Council confirmed that while there is no national investigation, several other UK police forces are assessing material from the Epstein files. Prince Andrew denies wrongdoing in a separate, ongoing police investigation.

Our take

Well, fuck me sideways and call me a cold case file. Twenty-five years after a convicted pedophile and his convicted madam pimp allegedly rocked up to the Queen’s summer digs as a royal plus-one, the boys in blue have finally ‘received information’ and sprung into their ‘very early stages’ of doing fuck-all. Police Scotland, demonstrating the investigative urgency of a constable waiting for a kettle to boil, have ‘opened active inquiries’ - which is cop-speak for ‘we’ve got a folder, and someone’s thinking about maybe looking at it, someday, if the paperwork clears.’ The big breakthrough? Some ‘photographs’ that ‘appear to show’ Prince Andrew and a dead sex trafficker shooting guns on the estate. Groundbreaking detective work, lads. Maybe check if the guest book signed ‘Jeff & Ghi, lol’ is still in the drawer. The force, in a masterstroke of stating the obvious, declared all inquiries are ‘evidence-led.’ No shit. You’re not usually led by a fucking magic eight-ball, are you? Though, given the quarter-century delay, one might assume the guiding principle was actually ‘shame-led,’ or perhaps ‘media-pressure-led.’ Prince Andrew, of course, denies any wrongdoing in a separate probe, because the royal family’s motto has apparently shifted from ‘Dieu et mon droit’ to ‘Prove it, you peasant cunts.’ Meanwhile, the National Police Chiefs’ Council confirms several other forces are ‘assessing material,’ which is the British policing equivalent of passing around a particularly spicy memo while everyone murmurs ‘oh dear, how awful’ and does precisely nothing. The only thing more pathetic than the crime is the response: a symphony of institutional cowardice, timed to ensure every victim is either silenced, dead, or too exhausted to give a single fuck anymore. Bravo, you absolute bastards. Case closed - or rather, case eternally pending, in a filing cabinet marked ‘Too Awkward, Do Later.’ The royal estate isn’t just a castle; it’s a fucking crime scene with a twenty-five-year head start, guarded by the world’s most polite and sluggish detectives. What a piss-taking disgrace.
