Palm Beach County is transforming into 'Silicon Valley South' as wealthy Americans and tech companies relocate.

A real estate shill and a single corporate campus are the entire basis for a new Silicon Valley, according to a 'luxury expert' and a press release.

The facts

Palm Beach County, Florida, is experiencing a transformation into a technology and financial hub, attracting wealthy Americans and businesses seeking alternatives to high-tax states like New York and California. Luxury real estate expert Margit Brandt told Fox News Digital that the region is shifting from a retirement destination to a place for building businesses, noting the influx of CEOs and company heads. Brandt cited Florida's favorable tax climate and lifestyle as key draws. The area, also home to President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, is seeing migration patterns reflected in IRS data showing gains in the Southeast while California and Northeastern counties experience losses. Brandt believes Palm Beach County has significant room for expansion, pointing to Wellington and western Palm Beach County as areas for growth. In September 2025, California-based ServiceNow announced plans to establish a regional innovation hub and artificial intelligence institute in West Palm Beach, projected to create over 850 jobs and generate $1.8 billion in economic impact. Brandt highlighted the tech sector's growth as particularly exciting for the county, which had an estimated population of 1.58 million residents in July 2025, a 5.6% increase since April 2020.

Our take

Fucking hell, the grift never sleeps. The absolute galaxy-brained take that Palm Beach County is becoming ‘Silicon Valley South’ because one fucking software company announced a regional office there is the kind of desperate, sad bullshit only a ‘luxury real estate expert’ trying to sell condos to rich dickheads could shit out with a straight face. Margit Brandt, whose entire job is to convince people that a swamp adjacent to a golf course is the new epicenter of human progress, looked at a place best known for hosting a septuagenarian’s tacky estate and said, ‘Yes, this is where we will disrupt the paradigm.’ Fuck off. The ‘significant room for expansion’ she’s creaming her pants over is just… more Florida. Empty land where you can build another gated community for fleeing finance bros who are too much of a coward to pay state taxes. The entire ‘tech sector’s growth’ is one (1) ServiceNow ‘innovation hub,’ which is corporate-speak for a fucking office park with a ping-pong table and a subsidized lease. This isn’t a migration, it’s a tax-dodging convoy of prickish CEOs setting up their fifth home where they can cosplay as pioneers while their actual companies run from the states that built them. They’re not building the future; they’re building a slightly newer place to park their money and their egos, next to a former president’s tacky-ass clubhouse. Calling this ‘Silicon Valley South’ is like calling a single lemonade stand ‘Coca-Cola East.’ It’s a pathetic fantasy for real estate grifters and billionaire pissbabies, and reporting it as news is an act of journalistic cowardice. The only thing being innovated here is new ways to be a cunt. Welcome to the future, assholes. Try not to get sued by your HOA.
