Nigel Farage, the leader of Reform UK, told BBC Radio 4's Today programme that he would not ban a candidate for liking a social media post by Tommy Robinson. This statement followed an ITV undercover report where a potential candidate was advised to delete social media accounts due to pro-Robinson posts. Farage indicated that the content of a post would be considered, and he wished to avoid 'cancel culture.' He asserted that Reform UK's vetting process is sensible and more rigorous than other parties'. Farage also addressed an ITV exposé featuring a councillor with racist views, stating the individual was a former Conservative and dismissing the suggestion that the councillor joined Reform UK to be 'among friends.' He claimed that most of Reform UK's donations in the past 12 months came from overseas, according to an Independent report analyzing Electoral Commission data.

Well, fuck me, Nigel Farage has finally clarified the moral high ground of his shitty little party. It turns out that the bar for being a Reform UK candidate is so low it's a tripping hazard in hell, but the vetting process is, according to the absolute cunt himself, 'more rigorous' than anyone else's. What the fuck does that even mean? Their idea of rigorous vetting is apparently checking to see if you've *only* liked Tommy Robinson's posts, not written a full-blown sonnet in praise of the racist grifter. 'We look at the content,' says the dickhead who built a career on looking at fuck-all but his own reflection. The content is you endorsing a violent, convicted fraudster who peddles hatred for a living, you prick. That's the whole fucking content.
This pathetic excuse for a standard comes after an ITV report found a potential candidate being told to maybe, you know, hide their pro-Robinson wankery. Farage's response is to whine about 'cancel culture' like a toddler who's been told he can't eat glue. Cancel culture, Nigel, is when people face consequences for their actions, not when you're asked not to platform fans of professional bigots. You're not being cancelled, you're being asked to stop being a fucking asshole, which is apparently an intolerable demand for your band of merry fuckwits.
Then this clown has the gall to wave away a councillor with openly racist views by saying he was a former Tory, as if that's a get-out-of-jail-free card and not a confession that your party is the same septic tank with a different name. 'He didn't join us to be among friends,' Farage claims. No, he joined you because you're the only party depraved enough to not immediately vomit at his beliefs. You are the friends, you stupid bastard.
The cherry on this shit cake is the revelation that most of Reform's money is from overseas. So let's get this straight: the party led by a man who made his name whinging about foreign influence is bankrolled by foreign interests, while he defends candidates who cosy up to domestic fascists. The hypocrisy is so thick you could build a wall out of it, and it still wouldn't stop the flow of bullshit from this prick's mouth. It's a perfect, piss-stained portrait of modern Faragism: funded from abroad, defending the indefensible at home, and all while claiming a purity everyone with eyes can see is a fucking lie. What a rancid, two-faced operation.
