Hims sold your limp dick to Facebook. Then it billed you.

The FTC says the telehealth mill piped ED, hair loss, and the rest to Meta and Snap, charged you before a doctor, and hid the cancel button. Hims says the agency wanted a headline. Cute.

The facts

On July 29, 2026, the FTC, Utah, and California sued Hims & Hers in the Northern District of California. The complaint alleges the company shared consumers' sensitive health information, including conditions such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and hair loss, with advertising platforms including Meta and Snap, while marketing the service as private.

Forbes and the FTC say Hims also charged people and enrolled them in recurring subscriptions after intake, before they reviewed a treatment, and made cancellation a maze. Reuters reported the firm called the case an effort to generate headlines. These are allegations. No verdict.

This week law firms were still piling on investor suits after the stock dropped on the filing.

Our take

You typed "my dick is shy" into a web form because a handsome man on Instagram promised discretion. Then a pixel told Facebook. Then Snap. Then the subscription started before a doctor had even grunted at you.

That is not healthcare. That is a horny funnel with a DEA number. "100% online, private and secure" is the kind of sentence you put on a landing page when the real product is an ad audience of bald men who cannot get hard. The FTC says they did the billing trick too: Pay $0 today, then the charge, then Luna the cancel-bot. Luna can get fucked.

Maybe a judge buys Hims' story. Until then the public version is: they sold boner pills, they sold the fact that you needed boner pills, and they made you hunt for Cancel like it was a boss fight. If your limp dick is in a lookalike audience, congratulations. You are the product, retard.
