Tiffany Moore, a former employee, described the factory's heat as 'unbearable' and stated that the company 'don’t care.' Demetria Hodges, who worked at Fuyao for five years, alleged that the company used 'scare tactics' and offered a temporary $2 per hour pay raise to discourage workers from unionizing.
