His nation is planning new protests for Thursday and Saturday, but President Pout is on a Gulf tour to secure fuel supplies, which is the diplomatic term for holding out a tin cup to rich men who think human rights are a funny little Western concept. And from this begging position, he unleashes his masterstroke: a tearful accusation that foreign leaders are 'exploiting' France's situation.
