Justice Department Hunts Elderly German Pensioners In Desperate Voter-Fraud Pantomime

Federal prosecutors announce charges against 16 'aliens' for illegal voting; 15 are lawful permanent residents, most are senior citizens, and one is an actual illegal alien. The star defendant is a 73-year-old German man allegedly voting since 2008.

The facts

The Justice Department announced charges involving 16 people in North Carolina, New York, and Idaho in connection with illegal voting, false claims of U.S. citizenship, and related election crimes, according to its release dated Friday, October 16, 2026. The announcement describes the cases as involving "16 aliens" in the three states, "including an illegal alien". The department's own roster shows 15 of the 16 are lawful permanent residents. Exactly one, 22-year-old Eduardd Omar Majano Sosa of El Salvador, is described as an illegal alien.

In the Eastern District of North Carolina, 10 people were charged for illegally voting in the 2024 elections. They include German national Karl Fout, 73, a lawful permanent resident charged with one count of falsely claiming citizenship to vote and one count of voting by an alien, who registered to vote in 2008 and voted in the 2024, 2020, 2018, 2016, 2014, 2012, and 2008 general elections; German national Ramona Abreu-Exia, 71, a lawful permanent resident charged with the same two counts, who registered in 2004 and voted in the 2024, 2020, 2018, 2016, 2012, 2010, 2008, and 2004 general elections; and Canadian national Robert Harold Corbett, 69, a lawful permanent resident charged with the same two counts, who registered in 1998 and voted in the 2024, 2016, 2004, 2002, 2000, and 1998 general elections. The other North Carolina defendants are Gjina Gojcaj McDonald, 60, a national of former Yugoslavia; James Edward Herrmann, 47, a German national; Lawton Caswell McKenzie, 46, a Jamaican national; Lionel Paul, 62, a Haitian national; Ludgardys Olena Matthews, 62, a Panamanian national; and Mervin Sylvester Bogle, 60, a Jamaican national, all described as lawful permanent residents.

In the Northern District of New York, five lawful permanent residents were arrested for voter fraud: British nationals Vikki Bradt, 51, and Samantha Merkle, 55; Bosnian national Suad Sasic, 30; and Canadian nationals Jacques Patry, 64, and Paula Stitt, 57. In the District of Idaho, Canadian national Taralynn Bosco, 48, a lawful permanent resident, was charged with illegal voting by an alien for allegedly voting in the 2022 general election. The release states that a complaint, indictment, and information merely contain accusations, and that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Our take

Well, fuck me. The U.S. Department of Justice has finally cracked the case on the most insidious election threat facing our democracy: a bunch of confused old fucks with green cards. After years of screaming about illegal alien voter hordes, the feds have proudly presented their trophy catch: sixteen people, fifteen of whom are here legally, and a lineup that looks like the guest list for a fucking bocce ball tournament at the local seniors' center. This isn't an investigation; it's a goddamn farce performed by absolute clowns who can't read a room, or apparently, a fucking immigration status document. They branded this press release '16 aliens' because '16 lawful permanent residents, most of whom are in their seventies' doesn't quite have the same authoritarian, brown-people-are-coming-to-get-you ring to it, does it? What a pack of lying, fear-mongering dickheads. Let's meet the masterminds. There's Karl, 73, a German national who's been allegedly voting since 2008. Ramona, 71, also German, allegedly on the ballot since 2004. Robert, 69, a Canadian, allegedly casting votes since 1998 - the year ‘Titanic’ won Best Picture. These aren't criminal kingpins; they're grandparents who probably thought 'permanent resident' meant they could vote. And the Justice Department's crack team of election-fraud sleuths only noticed after, oh, two fucking decades. Astounding police work, you useless bastards. The single actual illegal alien in this whole pathetic charade is a 22-year-old from El Salvador. One. Out of sixteen. So the headline is 94% bullshit, which is about the same percentage of this department's press strategy that is pure, unadulterated political theater. They spent who knows how many taxpayer dollars to hunt down a 73-year-old German man for votes he cast when George W. Bush was president, just so some cunt in a suit could say the word 'aliens' in a press release. It's a shameless, transparent attempt to pretend the 'stolen election' fantasy has a basis in reality, when the reality is a sad parade of elderly immigrants and one young guy. Every defendant is presumed innocent, a courtesy the Justice Department's headline-writers didn't extend, choosing instead to paint them all with the same 'alien' brush to scare the shit out of Fox News viewers. This isn't law enforcement; it's propaganda performed by assholes so desperate for a win they'll prosecute a senior citizen for a paperwork error. Eat a bag of dicks, you fear-peddling pricks.
