The facts
Federal prosecutors have asked a judge to keep Guangtian Ha detained until trial, and their motion reads like the FBI slowly realizing it was dealing with the dumbest criminal mastermind on the Eastern Seaboard.
Over about seven months, Ha allegedly ran a "targeted, pervasive course of cyberstalking" against a Haverford College coworker and the man's family: the coworker's home address, the name of his infant child, a photograph of the family's mailbox, "countless antisemitic slurs and threats," and references proving he had been physically watching their house.
It started in October 2025, when an X account called "America1st33509", created 14 minutes earlier with an anonymous email, replied to the coworker's post with a Google Maps photo of his mailbox and the eyes emoji. The account's IP traced to a Verizon address subscribed to Ha's home and cell number under the name 'Ganglion Ha.' The FBI checked. There are no records of any Ganglion Ha existing.
The victims had three small children, including a newborn. They blurred their house on Google Maps, installed a security system, and posted an alarm sign in the yard. Then in January 2026 Ha spun up "America1stLM" from his home IP: "No one gives a fuck, jew. Get out of my country. You don’t belong here. The fuhrer is coming, rats." Five days later: "LM jews are going to have it big time jew. Remember this. You scums have had it too easy, Goyim are taking America back".
On February 27 he posted the one that proved he had been to the house in person: "The goyim have woken up, jew. Run. Flee. Leave. Blurring your home on google map and installing a security camera next to your mailbox won’t help." The house was already blurred. The cameras were not visible in any online imagery. The next day, the coworker's wife moved out with their three children for a week.
X suspended "America1stLM" on March 31. Two weeks later Ha built "lm_GoyimDL" from the same home IP and posted "Fat jew, leave lower merion", then, a minute later: "Jew, watch your [Victim 1’s minor child’s name]. There shall be sign." The named child was about seven months old. That account was suspended the same day. The next day came "DlGoyim", built on the same Verizon Fios IP at his residence, and he posted the coworker's true home address twice, plus a week of threats including "The end of American jews is close. Let’s start with the jews in Lower Merion" and "Nothing wrong to hate jews. We started to decline the moment we stopped hating, eradicating and expelling jews." He signed one "Fuck anti-Zionism. HH."
It went on into May: "Eliminate the jewish cockroaches. Exterminate the jewish state." Prosecutors say Ha "demonstrated a hateful obsession with the victims, and his proximity to them creates a clear danger that necessitates his detention pending trial."
Our take
There is a special kind of stupid reserved for men who get caught by their own WiFi. Guangtian Ha spent seven months playing ghost: four anonymous accounts, fake emails, names like "America1stLM" and "DlGoyim", each one built to hide who he was. Every single one was registered and run from the Verizon IP address at his own house, under the name 'Ganglion Ha', a man the FBI determined does not exist. His opsec was so bad it looped back around to honesty: yes, officer, it was me, I live here, here is my cell number.
The account names are the tell. "America1st33509." "DlGoyim." This is a Haverford College man cosplaying as his own comments section, and he is terrible at it. He gave his troll persona the branding of a guy who sells tactical flashlights on Facebook, then signed off "Fuck anti-Zionism. HH." like it was a yearbook. He wanted the menace of a movement and the courage of an egg account, and he ended up with the worst of both: all of the prison exposure, none of the mystique.
But the February 27 post is the one that should keep him in the cell, and it is the one he should have been smart enough never to write. "Blurring your home on google map and installing a security camera next to your mailbox won’t help." The house was already blurred. The cameras were not visible anywhere online. So he told a father of three, in writing, that he had stood outside his home and looked at it with his own eyes. He documented his own escalation the way other men document a kitchen remodel. The next day the man's wife took the kids and left for a week, which is the only rational review of living near Guangtian Ha.
And then there is the baby. "Jew, watch your [Victim 1’s minor child’s name]. There shall be sign." The child was about seven months old. There is no ideology here, no grievance, no grand theory of anything. It is a grown man with a college job threatening an infant who cannot say his own name yet, from an account called lm_GoyimDL, from his living room. Prosecutors call it a 'hateful obsession' and say his proximity 'creates a clear danger'. That is the polite way of saying this man cannot be trusted with an internet connection, a keyboard, or the knowledge that other people have houses. Keep him detained. Take the router as evidence.
